One of the questions I receive most often lately is: "How do I know if my subconscious has been cleansed?" :)
The subconscious is one of the topics frequently focused on in terms of personal development and spiritual practices. Understanding how our past experiences, learned thought patterns, and emotional reactions affect our present life can help us get to know ourselves more deeply.
So, how can we understand the state of our subconscious? What might the recurring problems in our lives be telling us? Let's take a look together.
What is the Subconscious and How Does It Affect Our Lives?
The concept of the subconscious is often used to describe the thought patterns, memories, beliefs, and automatic reactions that we are not always aware of in our daily lives.
In spiritual approaches, the subconscious can also be considered a space that carries the imprints of past experiences, fears, promises made, vows, and experiences that a person associates with past lives. In some spiritual teachings, this concept is associated with the idea of the Akashic Records.
The experiences we have had and the beliefs we have developed in the past can influence how we view ourselves today, our relationships, and the reactions we have to the situations we encounter. Sometimes, even without fully understanding why, we may continue to act in the same way in certain situations.
Therefore, observing ourselves and the recurring patterns in our lives is an important starting point for understanding our inner world.
How Do I Know If My Subconscious Has Been Cleansed?
To understand whether your subconscious has been cleansed, you can take a closer look at yourself and your life.
Try asking yourself these questions:
- How satisfied am I with my life in general?
- Do I feel at peace with myself and the decisions I make?
- Are there problems that I feel are constantly repeating?
- Do I experience similar situations over and over again in my relationships?
- Do the events I experienced in the past still affect my emotions and choices today?
- Do I give up on things I want to do because of my fears?
- Can I be more loving and understanding toward myself, others, and the future?
Reflecting on the answers to these questions can help you get to know yourself better.
The goal is not to eliminate every problem in your life, but to better understand yourself by recognizing the thought and behavior patterns that affect you, and through this, to transform step by step.
What Are Subconscious Blocks?
In spiritual and personal development work, the term "subconscious block" is used to describe the fears, limiting beliefs, and recurring thought patterns that are thought to make it difficult for a person to progress.
For example:
- Not being able to take action due to a fear of failure, even though you want to be successful,
- Avoiding intimacy due to a fear of being hurt, even though you want a happy relationship,
- Feeling inadequate when faced with new opportunities,
- Feeling anxious in similar situations due to the influence of an event you experienced in the past,
- Constantly criticizing yourself or feeling worthless.
These examples are some patterns you might want to reflect on.
By observing yourself, you can realize which thoughts and reactions are making your life difficult.
What Can Change After Subconscious Cleansing?
The purpose of personal awareness work is to support individuals in getting to know themselves better and evaluating the thought patterns in their lives.
In this process, some individuals may express that they are able to view the issues that affected them in the past from a different perspective, that they recognize their emotions better, or that they have begun to evaluate their decisions more consciously.
However, everyone's experience is different.
Give Yourself Time to Understand Your Subconscious
You are one of the most important people who can evaluate what is going well in your life, what is challenging you, and which issues are recurring.
Do not rush to observe yourself. Try to examine your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors without judgment. Not everything you notice needs to change immediately. Sometimes, even just identifying a pattern is a valuable step toward understanding yourself.
If you would like to explore more deeply how your past experiences affect your life today, you can get information about my Past Life Healing with Angels (Regression) session.
In this session, we focus on topics associated with past experiences within the framework of a spiritual approach. The goal of the session is to open a space for the person to evaluate themselves and their experiences from a different perspective and to look at the same issue with entirely different eyes.
Don't forget to be compassionate with yourself on this journey of getting to know yourself and looking more closely at your inner world.
